AI is the easy part. Adoption is the work.
Most organisations don’t struggle to find AI. They struggle to make it work. The model is rarely the hard part. The people, the processes, the governance and the trust are.

My Story
A practitioner focused on adoption, not hype.
I’ve spent more than two decades working through successive waves of technological change, from public relations and digital communications to digital transformation, operational change and artificial intelligence.
For the last decade, my work has centred on helping organisations modernise services, improve customer experiences and deliver technology-enabled change. Along the way I’ve worked across communications, marketing, CRM, lending, digital services and organisational transformation.
Today my focus is artificial intelligence, governance and adoption. I am particularly interested in the practical challenge of helping organisations move from experimentation to implementation while balancing innovation, risk and operational realities.
Brunkard.ai is where I publish ideas, share tools and document real-world work as that journey continues.
